2020 Awards Dinner Nomination Form

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT IS NOVEMBER 3, 2019 AT MIDNIGHT.

Georgia Bio is seeking nominations for the annual awards to be presented at the Awards Dinner in February 2020. After reviewing the categories below, please submit your nominations online below no later than Sunday November 3, 2019 at midnight. The GaBio Awards Committee will make the final selections. GaBio membership is not required to submit a nomination.

There is no limit to the number of nominations that a person may submit. You may submit one nomination or multiple. If you would like to submit more nominations that the form allows, simply revisit this webpage and submit a new form.

Phoenix Award

The Phoenix award represents the iconic "rising from the ashes" of the Phoenix, a symbol of strength, tenacity and leadership and is presented to celebrate the best Industry and Academics collaboration.
