Mentee Program Application

Mentee Program Application: Fall 2021

Please complete this form by September 13th if you would like to be involved as a mentee with ELN's 2021 Fall Mentor Program.

Professional Development Sessions: The theme is "improving your presence to showcase your talent." Please plan to attend all 4 live sessions, as the discussion/Q+A opportunities are invaluable.  Sessions are outlined below. Each session will be held from 4pm-5pm ET.

  • September 14: "Paper" presence: the resume
  • September 21: Online presence: LinkedIn and virtual appearance
  • September 28: In-person presence: interviewing
  • October 5: Building and maintaining your professional presence: networking and mentorship

At the conclusion of the sessions, mentees will be paired with up to 2 mentors (to be introduced during the kickoff meeting on October 12th from 4-5 pm). Mentees will have the opportunity to chat one on one with each mentor at least two times to discuss career paths and any additional guidance they would like to receive. At the conclusion of the program, mentees will have learned about various career paths and opportunities based on their interests and will have more insight on how to accomplish their career goals.
